How to Improve your Chances of Resolution
 
Learn from an experienced mediator about the mediation process, and how to effectively participate to improve the chances of reaching resolution.
 
These lessons will apply to a variety of disputes and different types of alternative dispute resolution, including settlement discussions.
 
This interactive session will cover:
 

• the Labour Board’s mandate and initiatives;
• the benefits of mediation;
• roles of all participants in the process; and
• challenges faced as representatives in mediation, and how to effectively overcome them.
