CPD Programs
Registration (ticket) fees, less a $20 (plus GST) administration fee, will be refunded for cancellations received in writing at least five business days prior to the program.* Refunds will not be issued after that date, but program materials and recordings (if any) will be provided.
*Unless otherwise indicated on the event registration page. For example, special events with non-refundable tickets.
CPD on Demand
Refunds will not be issued for CPD on Demand product purchases (recorded videos, eCourses, and related materials).
