CPD Programs
Registration (ticket) fees, less a $20 (plus GST) administration fee, will be refunded for cancellations received in writing at least five business days prior to the program. Refunds will not be issued after that date, but program materials and recordings (if any) will be provided.
CPD on Demand
Refunds will not be issued for CPD on Demand product purchases (recorded videos, eCourses, and related materials).
