Professor Nicholas Bala will be back by popular demand, along with experienced practitioner Archana Medhekar, to give an in-depth presentation on new research and analysis of the special considerations for parenting plans in cases of family violence cases.
 

We are also pleased to welcome Justice Allan Dueck, Justice Kaye Dunlop, Justice Regan Thatcher and Justice Connie Petersen of the Court of King’s Bench Family Division, who will discuss emergent motions and best practices. Justice Zinchuk and Kelli Potter will present on the enforceability of “kitchen table agreements” in light of the Supreme Court’s decision in Anderson v Anderson.
