SPEAK UP: Being an Ally and an Active Bystander

This session is designed to help legal professionals build the confidence, language, and strategies to be effective allies and active bystanders. Through stories, dialogue, and practical tools, you will learn to recognize bias, interrupt harm, and respond in ways that foster respect and inclusion.
By the end of the session, you should be able to:
- Turn intentions into effective action
- Practice allyship in everyday situations
- Use active bystander strategies to interrupt harmful comments or behaviours
