Clause for Offer
When your clients want to take advantage of a Protocol closing, consider inserting the following sentence in the Offer to Purchase:
Notwithstanding the closing provisions in this contract, the parties authorize their lawyers, if appropriate, to follow the Law Society of Manitoba Conveyancing Protocol in the closing of this transaction.
